Keep your live insects safe during cold weather with our reliable winter heat pack option. Each order includes at least one 72-hour or 96-hour heat pack, chosen based on current weather and transit time to maintain optimal conditions in your package.

Our heat packs sustain a steady internal box providing gentle, consistent warmth to protect your bugs from cold shock and shipping stress.

⚠️ Important: A heat pack is required for our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) whenever temperatures are expected to drop below 45°F.

To be totally honest they worked so well I had like 400 small dubias get stuck in shipping in the last storm obviously not the companies fault and they all pretty much survived some didn't but it definitely wasn't there fault

I’ve ordered numerous animals, fish, coral and feeders delivered through the mail. Very few vendors take the time or go the extra step to protect feeders in the winter months the way Dubai deli does. The insulated bubble bag with a heat pack is not always the standard with venders. It’s usually the feeders in a container in the box with a 6-8 heat pack. Dubai deli uses the insulated thermal bag with a 40+ hour heat pack. After seeing this I’m confident my feeders are safe in a months.
