Ordered small and got them before which were perfect size but the last order came more like mediums since my previous order they were tiny which I need but unfortunately the day they got delivered I was in the hospital with a broken back and forgot to send the picture of the size until I got home. But I still order from them and always will. I usually order large quantities of XS dubias and they arrive live and faster than every other place I ordered from to be honest which is why they will always get my business over other places. One mistake won’t get me to stop ordering from here that’s for sure! I told everyone I know to order from here as well as members of reptile fb group that I’m on as well as admin for to get more People to order from here.

Stumbled across Dubi Deli after having a horrible experience with another company and let me just say I will never buy from anyone else again because Dubi Deli has great quality bettles! They arrived fairly quickly, I got constant updates on my package from the Shop app, and I appreciate that they package with care. Like they literally slap a “Protect From Heat” sticker and poked holes into the box! The bettles are even placed with egg cartons and cane in a mesh bag. Honestly, really happy with this company/my purchase.

I ordered 300 roaches and some came dead due to the heat, I contacted Dubi Deli Customer Service and they were understanding and sent me a bunch more to make up for the dead ones. I will not buy my roaches from any other company than Dubi Deli. Best customer service and best roaches, hands down.

These super worms came in great shape. Others I've ordered elsewhere have come fried and all dried out. Now grant it that it's been very hot in NC and it may be the delivery team but I have been very pleased and so have my chickens.

Ordered roaches on a monthly basis and so far both orders have been delivered with maybe 4-5 dead. Roaches come in full and active. They last a good while with roach chow and a mix of vegetables. Can’t complain about these roaches or Dubi deli
