I ordered 300 roaches and some came dead due to the heat, I contacted Dubi Deli Customer Service and they were understanding and sent me a bunch more to make up for the dead ones. I will not buy my roaches from any other company than Dubi Deli. Best customer service and best roaches, hands down.
These super worms came in great shape. Others I've ordered elsewhere have come fried and all dried out. Now grant it that it's been very hot in NC and it may be the delivery team but I have been very pleased and so have my chickens.
Came all the way from California to NC in August and all extremely healthy 🥰
Ordered roaches on a monthly basis and so far both orders have been delivered with maybe 4-5 dead. Roaches come in full and active. They last a good while with roach chow and a mix of vegetables. Can’t complain about these roaches or Dubi deli

Roaches came packed well. Everything came in fat and juicy and the animals are loving them.
Very healthy, all we're very lively and fat. But all below 1/4 in size . They 1/8 in size . Needed between 1/4 & 1/2 in. Have to let them grow before i can use them. Still 5 stars because there always great quality.
All of the roaches came in great bags. They were great sizes. They gave extra just in case some died during traveling. They allow for sampling of sizes. The beetles were also really good. Great online store.
